Refund Policy
Memberships or Subscriptions, Digital Products
There are no refunds on memberships, subscriptions or digital products. You can cancel the membership at anytime and you will have access until the end of the duration.
Tarot Decks and other items
(1) It is less than 30 days from the date your received your package
(2) Your purchase is unused and in the exact condition that you received it
(3) Your Purchase is in its original packaging (Open items cannot be returned)
If the above conditions are true you may contact us via e-mail to receive a refund authorization and a return address to ship the returned item. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued for items that do not have have a prior e-mail authorization from Tarot Masterguide.
When you receive a Return Authorization you may pack and ship your items back your items to the provided shipping address that we provide you. Shipping costs for a return back to us is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Please return your items to us through a postal service. Choose a prepaid, insured, traceable delivery service and mail your package. We are not responsible for lost packages should you choose to ship without a tracking number.
*International shipments: For international shipments, when you ship a return, please indicate on package “RETURN, NO DUTIES” or your package will be returned to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. The original shipping charge is not included in the refund amount.

Frequently asked questions
Sometimes, during the printing process, some cards might be misprinted or damaged. In the case of a defective card, please contact us at support@tarotmasterguide.com. We will immediately send you a replacement card at no cost. Please also include your order number.
